Your deposit is refundable after cancelling the account and returning the equipment in working order, which includes the Fibre ONT and the Router. There will be no refund if the account has any unpaid amounts or is terminated within the first year. If you are two months overdue the account is cancelled and deposit is retained by Fusion to offset equipment and administration costs.
